convenient location easy access clean room helpful staff
The location is close to taksim square. It made accessing transport very easy. taxis were readily available right outside the hotel. the room was very clean. This. the staff members were very friendly and helpful .
the lifts seemed quite small. there were only three, so waits at breakfast could be a bit long.

a very good hotel experience!
central location friendly staff high standard
The location is convenient. It is near taksim square. breakfast offered great variety each morning. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the cleaning service maintained a high standard and my room was always super clean.
I thought the water policy could be improved. Only one small bottle was provided daily.

the breakfast had many options. i found the rooms very nice and neat. the location was convenient (it was close to taksim square).
the elevators were a bit slow (i sometimes waited a few minutes).

The staff were friendly and helpful. I relaxed in the closed pool. The breakfast was delicious and had a good food selection. My mom and I enjoyed the spa.
Housekeeping didn't leave enough clean towels once.

sufficient space many channels rainfall shower easy control
the room offered sufficient space with two chairs near the window. i really liked the availability of many tv channels (including international ones!). the bathroom had a rainfall shower. i was able to control the room temperature easily with the thermostat.
the gym equipment showed slight wear.

clean room public transport breakfast variety
the hotel is near taksim square public transportation is very close i found it easy to navigate around the city from here. the room was very clean i also found it comfortable. staff were polite and helpful breakfast included a wide variety of food.
the hotel only provided one small bottle of water per day additional bottles required an extra charge.
